Yoga was developed up to 5,000 years ago in India as a comprehensive system for wellbeing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Today, many millions of people use various aspects of Yoga to help raise their quality of life in such diverse areas as fitness, stress relief, wellness, vitality, mental clarity, healing, peace of mind and spiritual growth.
I can certainly understand the need to tailor a yoga practice to a set amount of time. Here I will continue to record new videos in the styles of Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa. If you don’t know what any of those mean, don’t worry! I’ll attach a description to each video so that you know exactly what you’re getting in to! I’ll vary the lengths of classes and add in any additional information I think is important to each class.
